Related background: Having spent the first 11 years of his tenure at Kermans as a service technician, Brad knows what flooring customers need. Today, Brad helps lead Kermans’ service technicians and inspectors, spending most of his time meeting with builders, answering customers’ questions, checking the statuses of flooring installation projects, and—from time to time—lending a hand to complete service calls when the need arises.

- Where did you grow up? I have lived in and around the Fishers area for my entire life. I graduated high school from HSE and got my business degree from IWU.
- What do you like to do in your free time? Spending time with my family is most important to me.
- Coffee or tea? I prefer coffee in the mornings, but I do enjoy a nice, cold sweet tea on a hot day.
