I joined Kermans in May of 2010 with 24 years of experience in the flooring industry. I realize the importance of building strong cooperative teams that generate optimal performance and results. I appreciate the need for customer communication especially during the process of scheduling installations. My experience with scheduling, overseeing installers, measuring, blue print takeoffs and ordering materials enable me to better monitor an installation from start to finish.

I enjoy working at Kermans because it’s like a family – everyone is always willing to pitch in and help whenever the need arises. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my boys, working out at the gym and working around the house with woodworking.
